Welcome to The KeyChurch Website!

I am Pastor Jacquie Babb.  I am the senior pastor of Keystone Church and Ministries.  I work along with my husband, Perry Babb, to bring the life and reality of the relationship with Jesus Christ into every day life.  We are very practical in our approach to the Gospel.   We believe that the principles of the Kingdom of God are as relevant as they were in biblical times and they come alive when applied today. The Bible is like an ‘owner’s manual’ that helps people navigate through life toward  their fullest potential.  It promotes healthy mindsets and gives answers to problems that we all encounter during our lifetime.

A Real Relationship with God!

Mar. 06, 2011 by J.B. - Fitness Instructor

My testimony is not one of those awe-inspiring stories of desperation, hitting rock bottom and deep soul searching. Rather, it is pretty simple. For as long as I can remember, I have been a Christian. In fact, I can’t remember a time when I did not believe that Jesus Christ was my Lord and savior! “Sunday school” and church afterwards was the norm on Sunday mornings for many years. I studied and I sang and I listened every Sunday. But my relationship with God and with Jesus never really felt real. I just knew I had to do those things! I felt this way throughout all of my years in middle school, high school and even college. In fact, it wasn’t until just recently that I actually saw what it was like to have a real relationship with God. This happened when we hired Moe to work for us. He was the first example I had ever seen of someone who had an actual relationship with God. He was real. He was humble and down to earth. He wasn’t a “bible thumper”, trying to push something on to others. He was passionate. He was happy. Let’s just say he had a lot of things I was looking for!

I am so Grateful for Jesus!

Feb. 28, 2011 by M.B. - A Mother

There was never a time in my life when God was not a part of it, nor was there a time when I didn’t know God existed and that Jesus Christ was my savior.  I grew up Catholic, went to a Catholic school, and went to church every single Sunday.  I was what you could say incredibly obedient in religion, yet I knew nothing of God, nothing of having a relationship with God, and what that would even begin to look like.  I had never heard of people really “hearing” from God.  I was taught to pray every day, confess my sins to a priest and for the most part that was good enough. I memorized my prayers, prayed the same prayers every night, and felt I was doing okay.

Things went on this way for quite some time, even throughout high school, in that I still went to church every Sunday, but there still was no REAL relationship with God, nor did I know how to seek one.  My parents raised me right, taught me integrity and character, and right from wrong.  I was a standout athlete, good student, I didn’t party; I kept my head on straight and was ready for college.

Keep Persevering & Stay Dedicated

Feb. 21, 2011 by  H.B. -  Member of Key Generation affiliated to Keystone Church

You never know exactly what to expect when going to a new school. Well, that was where I was at the beginning of my freshman year in High School. I had just moved to a new house and town and only knew a couple of people that were going to my school.  I signed up for all honors and advanced classes thinking that they were going to be challenging, but not really knowing what to expect.
