Welcome to The KeyChurch Website!

I am Pastor Jacquie Babb.  I am the senior pastor of Keystone Church and Ministries.  I work along with my husband, Perry Babb, to bring the life and reality of the relationship with Jesus Christ into every day life.  We are very practical in our approach to the Gospel.   We believe that the principles of the Kingdom of God are as relevant as they were in biblical times and they come alive when applied today. The Bible is like an ‘owner’s manual’ that helps people navigate through life toward  their fullest potential.  It promotes healthy mindsets and gives answers to problems that we all encounter during our lifetime.

Join us every Sunday morning for live streaming on this website at 10:00am

In This Hour - Part 1

August 26th, 2010 | Pastor Jacque Babb

1Chr. 12:32 of the sons of Issachar who had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do, their chiefs were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their command;

Understanding the times is so critical in this hour.  To understand the times we cannot be ignorant or like ostriches who stick their heads in the sand out of fear or even worse religious. Our worldview has to be from a biblical perspective not just religious in order to process accurately what we see going on in today’s world.

Freedom

Zahra is an Iranian woman who lived under the hand of an abusive husband for 10 years. Married at the age of 19 she suffered under the bondage of manipulation, abuse and the inability to meet his expectations. Nothing she did ever pleased him. Depression and self condemnation took root. Broken hearted and filled with shame and guilt she didn’t know where to turn. The culture, society and family forbid a divorce and not even she had enough strength left to help herself. No one could set her free from the hell she was in. Plagued by hopelessness and deep desperation she cried out to God to save her saying, “I will do whatever You want me to do just get me out of this life.”

‘Shirley Heights’ - Affordable Housing Targeting Single Mothers

A project of Keystone Church & Ministries

August 25th, 2010 | by Pastor Perry Babb

Keystone Church purchased the 20 acre tract at the northern corner of E. College Avenue and Houserville Road in November of '02.  We had searched for 5 years for the right piece of ground which could benefit our mission and the community.  Since then, we have worked with an adjacent developer to share access and storm water management and have seen a beautiful neighborhood fill up.

Also during this time, our vision for the land and the key needs of the community have come into sharper focus.  The growing need for 'workforce housing', particularly for single parent households had become a clear priority.

My life & Artwork have a New Meaning & Purpose..

because my heart has been restored.

August 27th, 2010 | by William S.

I used to make depressing self-portraits, and now I think about how art can solve problems and bring solutions.

The turning point was when Jesus rocked me with three little words..."get a job"

I had in my mind a notion of what an artist should be. You’ve seen the pictures...esoteric, straggly hair... surrounded with books in a messy studio, etc.  Most artists have this idea.

May I Come Home?

August 25th, 2010 | by G.M. - IT Specialist

I work in State College, PA as an IT Manager. God has blessed me tremendously with abundant favor at every job I have worked, with my finances, and in the market place as I step out to start new businesses. But especially He blessed me with an amazing church family, and with His grace, mercy, and enduring love for me. I know that because a few years ago I turned my back on Him and my church family by choosing to live in sin.

During my last year in college in 1995, I came to know the Lord through a dear friend of mine and roommate at the time. He also introduced me to my church family.
